What is CrossFit?

Urban Life CrossFit elite training is done in Workout of the Day (WOD) classes, led by our coaches in a small-group setting. Elite classes consist of a warm-up, some skill or strength work, a workout, and a cool down or cash-out; coming to three to five WOD classes a week will get you in the best shape of your life, across all aspects of fitness, from strength, power, and endurance, to flexibility, agility, balance, and coordination.


Where are you located?

1003 W. Fayette St. Conveniently located right off the West St exit downtown with access for people from all surrounding areas such as Syracuse university, Tipp Hill, Liverpool, Camillus.


Is there parking?

Yes. We have a private parking lot with over 200 parking spots.


Do I need experience?

No, our certified coaches and welcoming community invite you to try a class!

Do you have showers?

Of course. We don’t want you to be known as “the smelly co-worker” back at the office. Come before work or on your lunch break. We’ll send you off smelling fresh again.
